Orders and acceptance

We take orders by phone, email, and the contact form. An order is accepted once we confirm stock, quantity, price, and delivery cost in writing. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our coverage, or if we suspect misuse. Prices are confirmed at the time of order, not at the time of browsing.

That written confirmation is the moment both sides are committed. Save it. It lists what you ordered, the price you agreed, and the delivery you should expect — and it is what we check against if anything goes missing.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or cash on delivery where the courier supports it, or in person if you collect at our Surabaya address. We do not process card payments through this website.

An order is dispatched once payment is confirmed, or under the terms agreed for cash on delivery. If you transfer from a different account name than the order, tell us so the payment can be matched without delay.

Delivery

We ship from Surabaya to addresses within Indonesia. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination, and estimates are given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery.

If a package arrives damaged, contact us within seven days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Photograph the parcel before you open it if the outer box is visibly crushed — that photo usually settles the claim with the courier faster than anything else.

Returns and refunds

Unopened products within seven days

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund, excluding delivery cost. Keep the packaging until you have checked the contents and photograph any damage. Contact us first so we can tell you how to send the parcel back and what to include with it.

Opened supplements and faulty products

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened supplements unless the product itself is faulty. If a seal is broken on arrival, or the contents do not match the label, send us a photograph and the order confirmation and we will replace the item or refund it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or our products.

Intellectual property

All text, images, and other content on this site belong to Jantan Sehat or the suppliers who provided them. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission. If you work with a retailer, a wellness group, or a clinic that would like to point people to a product page, ask us and we will say yes or no in writing.

Governing law and changes

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surabaya.

We may update these terms when our practices or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the version you agreed to is the one that applies to your order.
